June trip is almost here

Robert burns once said "The best laid schemes o' Mice an' Men,
Gang aft agley" well that sums up this trip, we are now heading to St Michaels, for three days and then onto RockHall, MD.

Only a couple of projects to finish before we sail, although there are no deal breakers. I want to adjust the height of the bimi top so we can stand up. Also I want to make a couple of covers for the windows to keep the sun out, I'll have pictures to follow. The last project is a good old fashion cleaning, no I mean the boat!

Proposed trip for June

We are looking at taking a week in June and heading over to Oxford then Cambridge, still in the planning stages and suggestions would be appreciated

I was looking on my computer and found this old picture. This is me on the hunter 27 I just sold, Michele and I Sailed to St. Micheal's and Annapolis in June of 2009 in her. we had a great time.



As you can as see molly is showing the expression that at one time or another every women in my life shows me, WHAT THE HELL IS HE TALKING ABOUT! or it is SECURITY GET THIS MAN AWAY FROM ME!! I do not know, you tell me.

A work in progress

Well, Mo and I put ini the new A/C, well, 89% of it, I still have to due some consmetic work and minor adjustments, but it works.

On a another note, the rope clutch I bought to replace the one on the stern side is to big, I guess Defender will be getting another call from me, God I love giving them my money!

Here is the A/C I bought it arrived two day ago down @ the house , head home on monday night to pick it up. Hopefully i will be able to get Mo to help me put it in.
